Guidelines for Submitting a Donation Request
The Vandenberg Spouses’ Club Welfare donates to base, local, and national organizations for charitable purposes.  Charitable purposes can include the following:
- Relief of the poor, the distressed, or the underprivileged
- Advancement of religion
- Advancement of education or science
- Erection or maintenance of public buildings, monuments, or works
- Lessening the burdens of government
- Lessening of neighborhood tensions
- Elimination of prejudice and discrimination
- Defense of human and civil rights secured by law
- Combating community deterioration and juvenile delinquency

To request a donation from the Vandenberg Spouses’ Club for a charitable purpose, please submit a formal written letter to:

The request should include the following information:
- Name of organization requesting the donation
- Specific use for the donation
- Amount requested
- Contact information if further information needed
- Please allow 45 business days to process requests (it may take longer in the summer months).

The Vandenberg Spouses’ Club will NOT send out any donations without a formal written letter.  Requests will not be accepted via email.
